Pakistan Wants Permanent Resolution To Kashmir Issue

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july,2016) : Internatiaonl Relations expert Dr. Shaheen Akhtar said on Thursday that Pakistan and Kashmiri people want permanent resolution to Kashmir issue. Talking to Radio Pakistan she said that thousands of people inclduing young men and women have sacrificed their lives in freedom struggle.
Shaheen Akhtar further said after the martyr of Burhan Wani, a wave of protests triggered and many people gave their lives. This signalsa commitment and determination on the part of Kashmiri people towards their goal of independent and self reliant Kashmir, she added. Indian unchecked brutalities in Kashmir are slap on the face of human rights activists and organizations, she said. Pakistan has always extended diplomatic and political support to Kashmir cause and it is playing due role in the issue, she concluded.
