PHA Holds Anti Dengue Walk
BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th july, 2016) : Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) on Monday staged an anti-dengue walk which started from PHA's office and ended at Habib Bank Chowk.
The participants carried placards and banners of public awareness messages to eradicate dengue. The walk was led by Director Admin PHA Qazafi Bin Shakoor.
The walk was attended by Assistant Director Marketing PHA Rao Jazib Saeed; Assistant Director PHA Rana Masroor Iqbal and a large number of subordinate staff and members of civil society.
Director Admin PHA Qazafi Bin Shakoor directed PHA staff to take special care to remove unnecessary water from green belts, parks and nurseries of the PHA. Special PHA squads have been constituted to response to the calls of the citizens to eliminate larva site at any of the PHA's facilities in the city, he maintained.
