PM Grieved Over Death Of Journalist Zahid Malik

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -1st Sep,2016) : Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Thursday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of renowned journalist Zahid Malik. The Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.
Paying tributes to the services of Zahid Malik in the field of journalism, the Prime Minister said the late journalist remained committed to the freedom of press. Zahid Malik enlightened us with his valuable thoughts and experiences throughout his career, he said.
"His death is a loss to the country and journalism. His services and contributions towards promotion of journalism in Pakistan will be remembered in all times to come," the Prime Minister said.
