PNCA to organize Qawwali performance tomorrow

ISLAMABAD, Dec 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Dec, 2016 ) : Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) would organize Qawwali performance to pay tribute to Aziz Mian Qawwal on Tuesday. The Council has arranged the event in collaboration with FACE.

Qawwal Imran Aziz Mian with his team would perform at PNCA Auditorium. Aziz Mian Qawwal was one of the leading traditional qawwals and also famous for singing ghazals in his own unique style of qawwali. He holds the record for singing the longest commercially released qawwali, Hashr Ke Roz Yeh Poochhunga, which runs slightly over 115 minutes.
