LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Nov, 2016 ) : Rising Sun education and Welfare Society will hold a condolence reference for Dr Abdul Tawaab Khan (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz) at Rising Sun Institute for Special Children here on November 19.

Governor Punjab Muhammad Rafiq Rajwana will be the chief guest while Secretary Special Education Ambreen Raza, senior journalist Mujeeb ur Rehman Shami, writer Amjad Aslam Amjad will speak on the occasion.
