Rs 175.7 Million Being Spent On Schools

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -25th Augst,2016) : An amount of Rs 175.7 million is being spent to complete 22 schemes in various government boys and girls schools in the district. A spokesman for the Buildings Department said here on Thursday that new classrooms would be constructed in government schools with these funds besides providing other missing facilities. He said Rs 17.9 million was being expended for upgradation of Government Boys High school Chak No.84-JB Sarshmeer, Rs.11 million for Government MC Girls Elementary School Chak No.224-RB Anwar Khan Wali, Rs.6 million for Government MC Girls Primary School C-block Allama Iqbal Colony, Rs.6 million for Government Boys Primary School Chak No.225-RB Malkhanwala, Rs.6.034 million for Government Girls Primary School Chak No.156-RB Dheeran, Rs.6 million for Government Girls Primary School Chak No.464-GB Sammundri, Rs.6.034 million for Government Girls Primary School Qasim Road Sammundri, Rs.6 million for Government Girls Primary School Chak No.55-RB Jaranwala, Rs.6 million for Government Boys Primary School Chak No.217-GB, Rs.6.
034 million for Government Boys Primary School Chak No.44-GB, Rs.6 million for Government Boys Primary School Chak No.467-RB and Rs.6.034 for up-gradation of Government Community Model Girls Primary School Chak No.453-GB Tandlianwala. He said Rs.12.5 million will be spent on construction of 10 additional classrooms at Government MC Girls Higher Secondary School Shahi Chowk Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Rs.8 million on 6 classroom at Government Girls High School Chak No.224-RB Wazir Khan Wali, Rs.8 million on 6 classrooms at Government Boys High School Chak No.224-RB Wazir KIhan Wali, Rs.7 million on 4 classroom at Government Public Girls High School Chak No.214-RB Dhuddiwala Jaranwala Road, Rs.6.047 million on the construction of 5 classrooms at Government Girls High School (Primary Block) Chak No.21-GB Jaranwala. Similarly, Rs 5.041 million will be expended on repair and renovation of three classrooms at MC Boys Elementary School Millat Colony, Rs 3.053 million on reconstruction of three classroom at Government Girls High School (Primary Section) Chak No.255-RB Lamba Pind, the spokesman added.
