
SC Stays Allotment Of Plots To Deputationists In CDA

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july, 2016) : The Supreme Court on Thursday issued stay order against balloting of plots for employee working on deputation in the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
The court in its ruling remarked that allotment of plots to deputationists in CDA was illegal.
The division bench of the apex court comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Tariq Pervaiz heard the case.
Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan remarked that favorite persons were called on deputation in CDA for six months to award them plots. The court issued notices to respondents and directed the CDA to stop balloting and allotment of plots till final decision of the case.
