Session Court Rejects Registing FIR Against Journalist

KHAIRPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th August, 2016) : The District and Session Judge Khairpur Saturday rejected a petition seeking registration of FIR for kidnapping of two girls against a journalist. According to detail one Mst Najma w/o Ghulam Shabeer had filed a petition before the District and Session Judge Khairpur that her two daughters Reema and Sorath were allegedly kidnapped by a local journalist.
The police recovered kidnapped girls and produced before the court. The District and Session Judge recorded the statements of both girls deposing that the journalist did not kidnap them.The Session judge Sayed Ghulam Shah rejected the application of for registration of FIR.
