Several injured in forces' actions in IOK

ISLAMABAD, Nov 9 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : Many people were injured when Indian armed forces' personnel used brute force on protesters in Bandipora and Pulwama districts in occupied Kashmir on Wednesday.

Clashes erupted in Kaloosa area of Bandipora district against nocturnal raids by forces in the area.

One among the arrested persons was identified as elderly Ghulam Nabi Ganai, KMS reported. The arrests led to anti-India protests in the district.

Clashes were also reported between the forces and protesters in Tahab area of Pulwama district. Several protesters were injured when troops used force on them. The situation was tense in the area.
