Women Hold Rally In Bandipora Against Civilian Killings

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Augst,2016) : Women held a big rally in Ajas area of Bandipora district against the ongoing killing spree unleashed by Indian troops and police in the Kashmir Valley. The protesting women marched through all big and small roads, lanes and by-lanes of Ajas.
Raising pro-freedom and anti- India slogans, they demanded an end to civilian killings in the territory,Kashmir Media Service reported. People also staged forceful demonstrations at Gulshan Chowk and Nowpora Chowk in Baramulla against the stepped up Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory. Similar protests were held in Kurhama and Barosa areas of Ganderbal district with people shouting slogans in favour of freedom and against India.
