Pakistan Optimistic For Hosting Asian Netball Championship In 2018

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july,2016) : Pakistan is hopeful to host Asian Netball Championship (ANC) to be held in 2018. President Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF), Mudassar Arian expressed such views while talking to APP on Friday. "I am confident to win hosting bid of championship", he said adding he would give the presentation in this regards in the Annual General Meeting of Asian Netball Federation (ANF) to be held on August 4-5 at Hong Kong Thailand. Pakistan would compete with Sri-Lanka and Japan for hosting the Championship 2018, he added.
Besides, the audit report, activities reports and future plans of ANF would be presented by Secretary of ANF, Arain disclosed this while saying that he would represent Pakistan in the meeting. He would also present the year's performance report of PNF in the meeting. Pakistan is also participating in Youth Netball Championship to be held in May 2017 at South Korea, he said adding South Korea would also present the preparation report of Youth Netball Championship in the meeting.
