Artificial Lights Can Be Harmful To Health

Netherlands, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 15th July, 2016) : The warning came in a new scientific study that artificial lights are lead to make us weak and fragile bones. The Netherlands Leiden University’s research, mice were kept under artificial lights up continuously for 6 months.
After 6 months, inspection the mice revealed that their muscles were weak and early signs of bone disorders while the emergence of an infection in the body's defense system coming out. According to researchers, interruption in the natural cycle of the day and night seems to be weakening the body.
He said that we believe that there is no damage or health is not affected with the bright lights in homes, but this is not true.
It is evident from the findings of the research that teasing and manipulating Natural elements can result in numerous medical problems.
But this research also stated if the natural process be restored it takes over the consequences of the negative elements from the body and health is much better. It has been suggested in the study that elderly people who are very vulnerable to the effects, need to be careful while exposed in artificial lights. The study was published in the medical journal ‘Current Biology’.
