2 نمک ایک چٹکی

3 چینی دو کھانے کے چمچ

4 فریش کریم ایک پیالی

5 کھجور چار سے چھ عدد

6 اخروٹ آدھی پیالی

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1تمام پھلوں کو مختلف شیپ میں کاٹ لیں۔
  2. 2 ان پر نمک اور ایک کھانے کا چمچ چینی چھڑک کر رکھ دیں۔
  3. 3 کریم کو صاف خشک پیالے میں نکال کر اس میں چینی ڈال کر ٹھنڈی کرنے رکھ دیں۔
  4. 4 کھجوروں کو باریک کاٹ لیں اور اخروٹ کی گری کو موٹا کوٹ لیں۔
  5. 5 کریم کو الیکٹرک بیٹر سے سخت ہونے تک پھینٹ لیں اور اس میں ہلکے ہاتھ سے کٹے ہوئے پھلوں کو ملا لیں۔
