3 کنڈیسنڈ ملک چار کھانے کے چمچ

4 ربڑی ایک پیالی

5 چائنیز نوڈلز آدھی پیالی

6 بادام پستے حسب پسند

7 چھوٹی الائچی دو سے تین عدد

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1دودھ کو اُبالنے رکھیں،الائچی کے دانے نکال کر چینی کے ساتھ پیس لیں اور دودھ میں ڈال کر دودھ کو ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے رکھ دیں۔
2 جب دودھ گاڑھا ہونے پر آ جائے تو اس میں باریک کٹے ہوئے بادام پستے اور کنڈیسنڈ ملک شامل کریں اور دو سے تین اُبال آنے پر چولہے سے اُتار کر ٹھنڈا کرنے رکھ دیں۔
3 نوڈلز کو اُبلتے ہوئے پانی میں دس سے بارہ منٹ اُبالیں اور چھان کر اوپر سے ٹھنڈا پانی بہا دیں۔
4 خوبصورت پیالوں میں گاڑھا کیا ہوا دودھ نکال کر اس میں نوڈلز اور ربڑی ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
