2 accused awarded death sentence, 25 year jail

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Dec, 2016 ) : Additional Sessions Judge Zulifiqar Ali Tuesday awarded death sentence and 25 years jail imprisonment to the two accused involved in a murder case of Sahiwal police station.

According to prosecution, the accused Ghulam Mustafa resident of Tehsil Sahiwal along with his companion Muhammad Ramzan murdered a farmer over a dispute of cutting of trees on September 8, 2013.

The local police registered a case against the accused and presented Challan in the court for trial. The learned Judge has awarded death sentence and 25 years jail imprisonment to the both culprits along with collective fine Rs one million as compensation money . The police have sent the culprits to district jail Sargodha.
