Bailable arrest warrant issued against XEN KDA wing

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july, 2016) : The Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib) Sindh, Asad Ashraf Malik has issued bailable warrant of arrest against XEN KDA Wing KMC Korangi Aqeel Ahmed Qureshi (XEN Works & Services) over inordinate delay in allotment of an alternate plot to the complainant.

He failed to appear in the hearings despite several notices, said a statement on Thursday. The Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib) Sindh ordered the Senior Superintendent of Police Korangi Karachi to arrest and produce before him in his office on August 04, 2016 at 3 p.m.
