
Body Of Missing Youth Adnan Recovered From Swat River After 15 Days

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2026) The body of missing youth Adnan Khan, a resident of Uch Kharkanai area in Lower Dir, was recovered from the Swat River after 15 days on Sunday.
According to the rescue volunteer, Nizamuddin and family, Adnan Khan had left home in anger fifteen days ago, after which efforts were underway to locate him.
After continuous search operations and tireless efforts, Nizamuddin and other volunteers managed to recover the body from the Swat River.
The recovery of the body cast a shadow of grief over the area, while the victim’s family was left devastated by the tragic incident.
Local residents appreciated the efforts of the volunteers, stating that they continued the difficult search operation despite challenging conditions.
Police have started further legal proceedings and investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
