Committee Formed On Matters Relating To Disparity Reduction Allowance

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) Advisor to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister on Finance Muzammil Aslam has issued directives to form a committee on the request of All Government Employees Grand Alliance (AGEGA) KP regarding Disparity Reduction Allowance and other issues.

He issued these directives during a meeting with Chairman AGEGA KP Roidar Khan. Special Secretary Finance (Admin & Revenue), Khalid Iqbal was also present.

On this occasion, the CM aide directed the formation of a committee comprising secretaries from various departments based on AGEGA's request.

Under this committee, a sub-committee would also be formed that include representatives from AGEGA KP, so they can be part of the consultative process.

Muzzammil Aslam stated that the provincial government is taking steps for the betterment of employees and no one would be deprived of their rights.

He further said that the foremost duty of the nearly 700,000 government employees of the province is to provide relief and services to the public through their respective departments.
