MNA Inaugurates PSM Excubator, Mirpurkhas

MIRPURKHAS, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2025) Under the efforts of Divisional Commissioner Mirpurkhas Faisal Ahmed Uqaili and his team, PSM Excubator — Mirpurkhas Division’s first IT incubation and co-working space has been inaugurated by MNA Pir Aftab Hussain Shah Jilani.

District Council Chairman, Mir Anwar Ali Khan Talpur and Divisional Commissioner Mirpurkhas Faisal Ahmed Uqaili were present on the occasion.

The MNA said that in today’s modern era, it was very important to familiarize the young generation with computers and information technology so that they could move forward according to the needs of modern demands.

The Federal government will be asked for cooperation in that regard, he added.

District Council Chairman, Mir Anwar Ali Talpur said that it was a good initiative to provide facilities like IT and AI to the youth and this was a gift for the youth of Mirpurkhas division.

In this regard, the youth of the division would get an opportunity to learn modern technology and online business methods. Commissioner Mirpurkhas, Faisal Ahmed Uqaili said that aim of the program was to empower the youth and to take the region on the path of digital development with the launch PSM Excubator and a center where freelancers, startups and new entrepreneurs were provided with the best environment.

This center would provide high-speed internet facility, air-conditioned and professional working environment, uninterrupted power supply, opportunity for learning, networking and working together and a supportive platform for new IT startups and freelancing, he added.

The commissioner said this was the first time that the youth of the division would have access to such a professional space where they could sit together and find solutions to their problems, work on new ideas and make their place in the digital world.

Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Rashid Masood Khan said that the aim of this program was to provide awareness to the youth about modern ideas and in that regard, the district administration would provide all possible support.

Later, MNA Pir Aftab Hussain Shah Jilani, District Council Chairman Mir Anwar Ali Khan Talpur, Divisional Commissioner Faisal Ahmed Uqaili, Deputy Commissioner Mirpurkhas Dr. Rashid Masood Khan also planted trees in the public school.

On this occasion, Additional Commissioner 2 Syed Abrar Ali Shah, Additional Deputy Commissioner 2 Faisal Ali Soomro, Assistant Commissioner Shujaabad Mehwish Ijaz, Chairman education board Mirpurkhas Syed Alamdar Naqvi, Director Secondary Schools Muhammad Iqbal Kumbhar, Board of Governors Public Schools members Mir Muhammad Ali Talpur, Dr. Khadim Hussain Lakhir, Haji Muhammad Umar Baghiyo, Raees Arif Khan Bhurgari and other concerned officers and youth were present in large numbers.
