PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th August, 2016) : ANP leader Malik Ghulam Musatafa here Monday alleged that the surfacing of mega corruption scandals in Khyber Pakthunkhwa negates the claims of PTI of good governance in the province. He said PTI leadership had promised with the people to eliminate corruption after coming into power but the surfacing of mega corruption scandals in Khyber Pakthunkhwa had evaporated all their tall claims. In a statement issued here Monday, the ANP leader said PTI's politics of 'Change' had lost charm and attraction among masses and the sit-in politics of Imran Khan was rejected by people.
He said PTI could not more longer survive in politics through agitation and Dharna politics. "The politics of PTI was rejected by masses as people of Khyber Pakthunkhwa have now realized that the slogan of 'Change' has lost its charm and significance and it could not help them anymore," he said. He said PTI Chief was making announcements in Punjab and other provinces about bringing change in Khyber Pakthunkhwa but people knew that Imran Khan had done no significant work except Dharna politics during the last three and a half years by mercilessly wasting resources of KP on it.
He said neither medicines were available for poor patients in hospitals of KP nor clean drinking water for children in schools while people were suffering great hardships to meet their elected representatives for addressing of their problems. Mustafa said PTI rulers had failed to address the problems of masses of Khyber Pakthunkhwa who were repenting over their decision of giving mandate to PTI. The lawmakers in the past government had enjoyed full powers and address masses problems at their doorsteps, he said, adding PTI lawmakers had leveled allegations of corruption against their own ministers. He said PTI in order to hide its internal weaknesses had neither held intra party election nor satisfied their lawmakers.
