DC Addresses 1,718 Helpline Complaints

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jul, 2025) Deputy Commissioner Saba Asghar Ali reviewed the complaints registered on the District Control Room Helpline 1,718 and directly contacted citizens.

Since 1st July, 44 complaints have been received from citizens regarding various departments.

The DC personally called 14 complainants on a random basis and inquired about the quality of services.

Only one complaint was found pending while all the remaining citizens confirmed the resolution of their problems.

The DC said that the District Control Room Sialkot is functional 24 hours a day and the complaints of citizens are being resolved on a priority basis.

She appealed to the public to contact the helpline 1718 for any kind of complaint regarding the performance of government departments.
