Karachi-Quetta Traffic Via Lasbela Suspended

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -29th Augst,2016) : Deputy Commissioner Lasbela Office has said that Karachi-Quetta traffic via Lasbela had been affected for heavy traffic after Linda Bridge on National Highway in Lasbela had been affected due to heavy rains and flashflood.
According to Press Release issued here on Monday, repairing work of damaged portion of the bridge was underway and small vehicles and passengers coaches were allowed to cross the bridge, adding that however, heavy traffic should reach Quetta from Karachi through Sukker and Sibi instead Lasbela.
It said that after completion of repairing work and stoppage of flow of rainwater, the road would be opened for heavy traffic once again.
