Murad assures Hyderabad's traders resolution of genuine problems

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th August, 2016) : Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has assured the representatives of traders and industrialists of Hyderabad that all their genuine demands would be solved on priority. The Chief Minister Sindh held out such assurance to a delegation of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by its President Goharullah here on Wednesday. The Chief Minister also assured that soon the Provincial Minister Industries would hold meeting with HCCI office bearers to resolve their genuine issues.

Syed Murad Ali Shah maintained that no hurdle in industrial development would be tolerated at any cost. He said that he was making all out efforts to put the development of the province into right direction where all required facilities would be available to the people at their nearest. While endorsing the complaint of HCCI delegation regarding encroachments in Hyderabad, the Chief Minister asked the Commissioner Hyderabad to take immediate action in this direction and ensure the removal of all illegal encroachments. Taking notice over the encroachments at 300 acres land, granted to HCCI for SITE Hyderabad Phase-II, the Chief Minister asked the SSP Hyderabad to curb the land grabbing by taking stern action against the grabbers.

About the reservations expressed by HCCI delegation regarding reconstruction of Rani Bagh (Zoological Garden), the Chief Minister asked the Commissioner Hyderabad to take all stake holders into confidence. The HCCI President Goharullah informed the Chief Minister about the deteriorating infrastructure of SITE Hyderabad, delay in allotment of plots in SITE Phase-II, delay in making SITE Filter Plant active, poor, health and sanitation, insufficient water supply and chocked sewerage system in Hyderabad. He also apprised the Chief Minister about the civic issues and requested him to provide sufficient grants to HMC and WASA so that the citizens of Hyderabad could take sigh of relief. The Chief Minister asked the President HCCI and Commissioner Hyderabad to hold monthly meetings for resolving the issues and submit the progress report to him regularly. Among others, Senior Vice President HCCI Turab Ali Khoja, Vice President Nawab Khanzada, Muhammad Shahid, Mehmood Ali Rajput, Zaheer Jan, Muazam Ali, Saleem Hussain Vohra, Mazharul Haq, Aslam Bawani and Lal Chand were also the part of HCCI delegation.
