PTI-JI have a shared vision for transparency, public welfare oriented governacne

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22th july, 2016) : Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has said that his party and its coalition partner JI in the provincial government have a common and shared vision for transparency, openness and public welfare oriented efficient governance system in the province.

The basic philosophy is to give relief to the people so that they could feel a change around them, he added. He was talking to a representative delegation of coalition partner JI in the Province at CM House here Friday.

The delegation was comprised of Senior Minister Inayatullah, MNA Sahibzada Tariqullah and Sahibzada Fasihullah district Nazim Dir. The Chief Minister said PTI wanted a change in the real sense creating and legitimizing space for the honest leadership to have an efficient and effective governance in the country.

Pervez Khattak said his government has effectively maintained financial discipline in the province. Beyond that we are working on expanding the resource generation base of the province and it was good to see our partners on the same page when we think about the man in the street.

The Chief Minister said we are not claiming that we have done everything for the people or have changed the system upside down, there are still weaknesses and the system is still deficient to deliver, but we are working to fix the same. Chief Minister was of the view that the obstructions in the public welfare was intolerable and he would not spare anybody creating hurdles in the delivery his government was going all out with, for the public.

Public sector institutions would have to be working in consonance with public expectations because the public servants get their salaries out of the resources, the people are contributing to the national exchequer, he added. The JI delegation asked the Chief Minister about certain public welfare schemes in different Constituencies of the province.

The Chief Minister said the government developmental strategy was uniform and there was no injustice in the resource distribution formula for the whole of the province. He assured that no area would feel deprived in the overall resource distribution and each area would get its share.
