
PTI Lost Public Support In KP, Says PM’s Coordinator

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jul, 2025) Prime Minister’s Coordinator on Information and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Affairs, Ikhtiar Wali Khan, on Sunday said that the opposition would move against PTI in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as soon as it secures a majority in the provincial assembly.
Talking to a private news channel, he said it was time for the people to be relieved of the misery caused by PTI, adding that the party’s rule in KP had only deepened public suffering.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of stealing the public mandate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and failing the province through over a decade of poor governance.
“Corruption is at its peak, and the law and order situation has drastically worsened,” he said.
He said that widespread corruption in development projects, poor service delivery in public health and education sectors, and overall weak governance had severely impacted the lives of the people in KP.
