
Violators Of Traffic Rules To Face Legal Action On Spot

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th july,2016) : Karachi Traffic Police has launched a special campaign to take on the spot legal action against the violators of traffic rules. Spokesman to DIG Traffic Karachi, Muhammad Idrees Bhatti told APP on Wednesday that special magistrate were deputed along with traffic police officials at important roundabouts on streets for this purpose.
He said the special magistrate were given the power to fine, impound or take appropriate legal action on spot against the violators of traffic rules. At this stage of the campaign, the focus is on private transport vehicles carrying overload passengers, who violate one-way or other traffic rules, he added.
