DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) The final match of the volleyball tournament, held under 'Aman Sports Gala', took place at Toey Ground in Paniala, featuring an exciting face-off between Aziz Club Paniala and Akbar Peer Club Paniala.

A large number of spectators turned out to witness the thrilling contest.

Akbar Peer Club emerged victorious with an impressive display of skill and teamwork, lifting the winner’s trophy in a fiercely fought match.

Assistant Commissioner Paharpur Dr. Muhammad Hamid Siddiq was the chief guest of the final, while SP Paharpur Circle Asad Ali Shah attended the event as guest of honour.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr.

Hamid Siddiq emphasized the importance of engaging youth in healthy activities, stating that “events like the Sports Gala not only help refine the skills of young players but also promote unity and brotherhood in the region.”

SP Asad Ali Shah lauded the passion and spirit of the youth, noting that such events strengthen social cohesion. He praised the performance of the players and remarked that the young generation of Paniala are proving their mettle in the sports arena.

The event concluded with the distribution of trophies and awards to the winning team, while certificates were also presented to all participants to acknowledge their enthusiasm and performance.
