ATC Extends Interim Bail Of PTI Leader Ahmad Chattha In Jinnah House, Shadman Arson Cases

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday extended the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Muhammad Ahmad Chattha till September 19 in four cases, including the Jinnah House attack and Shadman police station arson

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday extended the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Muhammad Ahmad Chattha till September 19 in four cases, including the Jinnah House attack and Shadman police station arson.

ATC Administrative Judge Manzer Ali Gill conducted the proceedings, wherein the PTI leader appeared before the court as his earlier bail period expired.

During the hearing, the court summoned the complete case record from the prosecution and also directed the defence counsel to present arguments on the bail pleas at the next hearing.

Ahmad Chattha has sought interim bail in multiple cases, including Jinnah House attack, setting fire to police vehicles in Zaman Park and arson at Shadman Police Station.
