
Drainage Preparedness Reviewed In Shujaabad Ahead Of Expected Rainfall

Assistant Commissioner Shujaabad, Syeda Humaira Shah, accompanied by Chief Officer Zafar Abbas, visited the Pathanwala Disposal Station on Sunday to inspect drainage arrangements in view of possible heavy rains
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Jul, 2025) Assistant Commissioner Shujaabad, Syeda Humaira Shah, accompanied by Chief Officer Zafar Abbas, visited the Pathanwala Disposal Station on Sunday to inspect drainage arrangements in view of possible heavy rains.
During the visit, the Assistant Commissioner reviewed the functional status of the machinery, staff attendance, and fuel stock at the station.
She directed the staff to ensure that all motors remain fully operational and that all necessary measures are in place to handle any emergency situation effectively.
Syeda Humaira Shah said that municipal committee staff has been mobilized and concerned officers have been instructed to stay alert to prevent any inconvenience to citizens during rainfall. She added that the drainage system will be continuously monitored to ensure that any public complaints are addressed promptly.
