
ICT Police Arrest 38 Criminals; Ice, Hashish, Illegal Weapons Seized

Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police teams from Golra, Sangjani, Noon, Humak, and Koral police stations have arrested 38 outlaws and recovered a significant quantity of narcotics and illegal weapons during coordinated operations across the federal capital
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jul, 2025) Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police teams from Golra, Sangjani, Noon, Humak, and Koral police stations have arrested 38 outlaws and recovered a significant quantity of narcotics and illegal weapons during coordinated operations across the Federal capital.
A public relations officer told APP on Monday that six suspects were arrested during targeted raids for their involvement in various criminal activities. Police teams recovered 1,210 grams of hashish, 1,006 grams of crystal meth (Ice), three pistols with ammunition, and one dagger from the accused. The seized narcotics and weapons were taken into custody, and separate FIRs have been lodged against the offenders. Further investigation is underway to trace their criminal networks.
He said that, in addition to these arrests, ICT Police teams apprehended 32 proclaimed offenders and absconders in a special campaign aimed at bringing habitual criminals to justice. The arrests were made from various areas under the jurisdictions of the participating police stations.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the police force has intensified its efforts to curb drug trafficking, illegal weapons possession, and other crimes across the capital.
The ICT Police reaffirmed their commitment to upholding law and order, stressing that the safety and security of citizens remains their top priority and no criminal elements will be allowed to disrupt public peace./APP-rzr-mkz
