KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th May, 2026) District administration officials in Kohat carried out inspections of examination centers on Wednesday to ensure transparency, discipline and strict implementation of examination rules during the ongoing annual intermediate examinations.
Acting on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Kohat Muhammad Nawaz, Additional Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Hamza Mutahar visited Government Postgraduate College Kohat, where he inspected examination halls for cheating material, reviewed attendance records and monitored compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). He also met the college principal to discuss academic and administrative affairs related to the examinations.
In a separate visit, Additional Assistant Commissioner Aruba Iftikhar inspected Government Girls Higher Secondary school No. 1 and Government Girls High School No. 2. She examined seating arrangements, checked attendance registers and reviewed anti-cheating measures put in place at the centers.
Officials directed examination staff to maintain proper discipline and ensure adequate distancing among students so that examinations could be conducted in a transparent, fair and organized environment. The inspections formed part of the district administration’s wider campaign to uphold merit and integrity in the examination system.
