Man Arrested With Rs 1 Lakh In Counterfeit Currency

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jul, 2025) City Police Station have arrested a man for distributing fake Currency notes during crackdown.
According to police, counterfeit currency worth Rs 100,000 was recovered from his possession.
A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
SP Rawal, Muhammad Haseeb Raja, appreciated the efforts of the police team and said the accused would be presented in court with solid evidence.
He added that those involved in such illegal activities will not escape the grip of the law saying that other accomplices of accused will also be arrested soon.
