Owais Shah Kidnapping Case, Law Enforcement Agencies Were Given Notice Till July 21

Karachi, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News –16th July, 2016) : The Supreme Court has issued a notice of July 21 to the law enforcement agencies regarding the kidnapping of Owais Shah, Home Secretary was ordered to appear on 21st July regarding Karachi turbulence case.
Son of Chief Justice Sindh High Court, Owais Shah, was kidnapped a month ago, but police could not make any progress in this matter. The Supreme Court demanded answers from law enforcement agencies and FIA in response to Karachi turbulence case.
Written order had been issued too. During the hearing of Karachi unrest case, the Supreme Court has advised the police chief strictly to specify the directions and take actions. He also asked IG Sindh, is he just IG in papers? Supreme Court issued the notices to law enforcement agencies including DG FIA regarding Owais Shah’s kidnapping.
IG Sindh told the Court that the recording system of helpful 15 is spoiled, Chief Secretary Sindh has submitted the report of Owais Shah kidnapping case to the court. He added that proceedings against SPMuhammad Farooq are in process.
The Supreme Court ordered the Home Secretary to ensure his attendance in court on July 21 for Owais Shah kidnapping case. the Federal government will help Sindh government to rescue Owais Shah. The Supreme Court said in a written ruling that the federal and provincial governments present their reports in the court related to Owais Shah rescue in the next hearing.
The notices also issued to the attorney general and advocate general Sindh prosecutor.
