
Pakistan, Denmark Reaffirm Strengthening Cultural Cooperation

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) The Embassy of Denmark hosted a farewell reception in honour of the Ambassador Jakob Linulf, marking the conclusion of his diplomatic tenure in Pakistan.
The event was graced by the Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture, Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, who attended as the chief guest.
During the reception, the Minister held a constructive dialogue with Ambassador Linulf, focusing on enhancing cultural cooperation, promoting tourism, and exploring joint initiatives in the fields of arts and heritage.
Highlighting the spirit of cultural diplomacy, Mr. Usman Shah, CEO of Niftysphere Institute of Arts and Design, presented a traditional painting to Ambassador Linulf on behalf of the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture.
The artwork, depicting the vibrant cultural heritage of Sindh, served as a symbol of appreciation and friendship between the two countries.
The event underscored the growing partnership between Pakistan and Denmark in fostering people-to-people connections and artistic exchange.
On the sidelines of the reception, Aurangzeb Khichi also held a brief meeting with the Italian Ambassador, Ms. Marilina Armellin.
The two dignitaries discussed avenues for future collaboration in the preservation and promotion of cultural and heritage sectors.
