PERA Enforcement Performance Reviewed

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Sep, 2026) The performance of PERA enforcement stations across Gujrat district was reviewed

at a meeting, where field activities, progress and operational issues were discussed.

According to an official source, Additional Deputy Commissioner Municipal Services Qurrat-ul-Ain and Additional Deputy Commissioner Enforcement Khizran Ali reviewed the performance of the enforcement stations on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi.

Assistant Commissioner Sarai Alamgir Sadia Dogar, SDEO PERA Gujrat Humayun Warraich, system support officers, enforcement officers and other officials attended the meeting.

The officers directed enforcement teams to strictly comply with PERA laws, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the code of conduct, wear prescribed uniforms while on duty and maintain discipline during enforcement operations.

They further directed that no field operation be conducted without proper and approved requisition. Effective coordination among enforcement stations and tehsils was also stressed to achieve enforcement targets and improve overall performance.
