PPP Finalizes Candidates For 3 NA, 6 PS Seats Of Hyderabad District

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has finalized its candidates for three constituencies of National Assembly and six of Sindh assembly in Hyderabad district.
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2018 ) :Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has finalized its candidates for three Constituencies of National Assembly and six of Sindh assembly in Hyderabad district.
The party's spokesman informed here on Monday that the tickets for NA 225, NA 226 and NA 227 had been given to Syed Hussain Tariq Jamote, Ali Muhammad Sahito and Dr Irfan Gul Magsi, respectively.
The party had given ticket to former MPA Sharjeel Inam Memon for PS 62, former MPA Jam Khan Shoro for PS 63, Abdul Jabbar Khan for PS 64, Saleem Arain for PS 65, Mukhtiar Ahmed Dhamrah for PS 66 and Muhammad Sagheer Qureshi for PS 67.
The PPP's candidates won one NA and 2 PS seats from Hyderabad in 2013 elections while the remaining 6 constituencies had elected their representatives from Muttaida Qaumi Movement.
A former MPA of MQM-Pakistan, who requested anonymity, told The APP that the party had still not decided its candidates for the constituencies in Hyderabad for 2018 elections.According to him, all the MPAs and MNAs who were elected in 2013 had submitted their nomination forms besides other prominent politicians from both Bahadurabad and PIB factions of MQM-P.
The nationalist leaders Dr Qadir Magsi and Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah, Grand Democratic Alliance's general secretart Ayaz Latif Palijo,and journalist Ali Qazi, who heads Tabdeeli Pasand Party, have also landed in the electoral fray in Hyderabad.
Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA), Pak Sarzameen Party and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf have also fielded their candidates.
