Resignations Of Two Judges Accepted

KARACHI,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st july,2016) : The competent authority that is Sindh Chief Minister has accepted the resignation tendered by Nadir Khan Burdi, Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate (BS-18), Malir with effect from June 11, 2016. The Sindh CM has also accepted the resignation tendered by Ali Akbar Poonawala, Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate (BS-18), Karachi (Central) with effect from June 11, 2016, said an official statement on Thursday. In partial modification of the Law Department's notification of June 02, 2016, the name of newly appointed Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate (BPS-18) may be read as Hameedullah instead of Hamidullah.

District & Sessions Judge, Irfan Ahmed Meo presently posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court no.
VII, Sukkur is repatriated to the High Court of Sindh with immediate effect. The tenure of Gulshan Ara Chandio as Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial), Karachi is extended for another terms of three years.
