Primarily BISE Sukkur has worked in both fields like curricular and non-curricular. Such as:

In Curricular activities:

• Importantly it is providing financial support to education.
• Moreover, it makes one building for the examinations.
• Further, it has made the Board system a self-dependent sector.
• Specifically, it meets its requirements with admission fees.
• Furthermore, it has built reliable financial aids to keep the balance in the needs of the board.

In Co-curricular activities:

• In 1981, the hockey team took participated in Inter Board Hockey Championship.
• And it also played for inter-board school championships.
• The athletic team of the board takes part in the games all over Pakistan.
• Importantly it also got the fifth position in the Sahiwal championship of athletes.
• Furthermore, it plays intercollegiate games for girls and boys.
• Specifically, it covers sports like athletics, hockey, badminton, tennis, kabaddi, and football.
• Moreover, in 1983, in the tennis competition of Sargodha, the tennis players of Sukkur took participation.

Specifically, the working staff's facilities had led it to be the most manageable department among the BISE boards of Pakistan. Even, every year the progress is getting increased positively, which is beneficial for the betterment of education in Pakistan.
