
RTA Official Inspects Transport Terminals In Kohat To Improve Services

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) Assistant Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority, Shoukat Zaman, along with traffic police officials, carried out an extensive inspection of transport terminals in Kohat on Saturday.
During the visit, the official met with terminal managers and transporters to discuss operational challenges and issues faced by passengers.
He reviewed overall arrangements and sought feedback on improving services and facilities at the terminals.
Vehicles stationed at the terminals were also inspected to ensure compliance with safety regulations and transport laws. Officials checked documentation, vehicle fitness, and adherence to prescribed standards aimed at passenger safety.
The inspection was aimed at enhancing service delivery, addressing public complaints, and ensuring that transport operations are conducted in line with government regulations while prioritizing passenger welfare.
