
Shandur Festival From July 29: DIG FC

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th july, 2016) : Deputy Inspector General of FC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Qaiser Ali on Tuesday said that some anti state elements were spreading rumors about cancellation of Shandur festival which are totally baseless.
In a press release issued here after a meeting with Deputy Commissioner Chitral, Sector Commander North Brigadier Muhammad Ziaul islam and Commandant Headquaters Chitral Squat Col Nizam ud Din Shah, it was said the festival would be held on the scheduled date, from July 29 to 31. The expressed resolve to make the event successful and assured foolproof security measures for the event and urged public to attend the event without pay ear to rumors of cancellation of the festival.
