
UoS Honours Faculty, Staff For Organizing CM’s Laptop Ceremony

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) The University of Sargodha (UoS) on Tuesday organized a ceremony to acknowledge
and appreciate the tireless efforts of its teaching and non-teaching staff who contributed
to the successful organization of Chief Minister’s Laptop and Honhaar Scholarship Award
Ceremony.
More than 170 faculty and staff members were presented with Certificates of Appreciation
in recognition of their valuable services. The ceremony was presided over by Vice Chancellor
Prof Dr Qaisar Abbas, who also distributed the certificates among the recipients.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Qaisar Abbas lauded the dedication and teamwork
of the university’s staff, stating that the success of such large-scale academic events
reflects the strength of our institutional commitment, professional excellence, and collective
responsibility.
He said: "Today, we celebrate the hard work of our faculty and administrative teams who
worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth execution of the award ceremony. Their devotion
upholds the spirit of service and pride that defines the University of Sargodha", he said.
The Vice Chancellor emphasized the importance of recognizing internal efforts and
fostering a culture of appreciation and encouragement across the institution.
The event was attended by faculty deans, heads of academic and administrative
departments, and a large number of teaching and non-teaching staff members.
