
Two Abductees Rescued From Katcha

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) The police successfully rescued two abducted individuals during an intelligence-based
operation targeting Katcha criminals in the jurisdiction of Ahmad pur Lamma
police station.
According to a spokesperson for the police, Ali Asghar Gujjar and Qurban Detha had
been kidnapped by dacoits about two months.
The operation led by District Police Officer Irfan Ali Samo rescued the victims while
the kidnappers fled.
Inspector General Police Dr Usman Anwar praised the Rahim Yar Khan police for
recovery of the abducted men.
