How long does it take for my card to be
delivered?

creates your card once you click on
"Send". At the same instant the emails
are generated and delivered. This process is
instantaneous and there is almost no time lag
between creation and delivery. If the receiver
does not get the card after few hours then
probably you made a mistake in typing the email
address. Sometimes due to the snags in the mail
servers of your recipients, the delivery is
delayed. Note :- Some email systems (esp. those of
AOL, Hotmail, Compuserve and many company email
networks) do not receive the mail immediately.
So it may take from a few minutes to several
hours for the recipient to actually receive the
notification.

I sent a card to a wrong address.
We
currently do not have an option to fix this.
This is under development and will be online
shortly. Please bear with us. Meanwhile, you can
create another card with the same details and
the correct email address.

Dont send me junk mail. How did you get my email
address? Please don't send me any more cards.

is a Greeting Card Service which allows people
to send Electronic Greetings via email FREE of
Charge. We DO NOT send greeting cards from our
system to anonymous users.
Every card created through our system results in
two emails being delivered.
One, the Sender : A thank you message is sent to
the creator of the card. If someone enters your
email address as the sender, then such an email
can come to you.
Two, the Receiver : An email is sent informing
the receiver that someone has created a card for
him/her.
In both situations emails are sent by the sender
and you have not received the emails because of
a spam.

I have entered the email addresses but the
program refuses to accept them. Why?
AOL
users generally face this problem. We have
removed almost all the checks in the email
section so that it accepts literally everything
you have typed. If you continue to face
problems, send us a mail with your email address
and we shall look into the problem.
5.
My mail has bounced back to me. Can I resend the
card?
Sure,
but if the email bounced back to you, then
probably the email address of the receiver does
not exist. Please create another card and
carefully enter the email addresses. Also if the
mail server of your recipient is down, then the
mail will bounce back to you.
