
07 Liquor Suppliers, Illegal Arm Holders Arrested

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) Rawalpindi Police have intensified operations against criminal elements and detained seven liquor suppliers and illegal arm holders during crackdown here on Tuesday.
Police have also recovered 33 liter of liquor, arms, and bullets from their possession.
According to police spokesman, the operations were carried out in the jurisdictions of Gujjar Khan, Naseerabad, Jatli, and Taxila police stations.
The arrested individuals have been shifted to respective police stations, where separate cases have been registered against them under relevant sections related to the possession of liquor and unlicensed weapons.
Spokesman said that the crackdown is part of a broader campaign to curb the spread of narcotics and illegal weapons in the region.
He reaffirmed that strict action will continue against those involved in such unlawful activities.
