7 Dead, Two Injured As Passenger Vehicle Plunges Into Ravine In Kurram District

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jul, 2025) At least seven individuals tragically lost their lives on the spot while two critically injured when a vehicle plunged into a deep ravine in District Kurram early Friday morning.
According to preliminary reports, police sources said the devastating incident took place in the Gandao area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Kurram district where seven people were killed on the spot, private news channels
reported.
A passenger vehicle, traveling from Gandal to Sadda, fell hundreds of feet into a gorge while navigating a treacherous bend, sources added.
Authorities confirmed that seven people perished in the accident, while two others sustained serious
injuries.
The bodies of the deceased, along with the injured have been transported to the hospital.
Local police have launched a full investigation into the tragic incident, as efforts continue to determine the exact cause of the crash.
