
DPO Visits Families Of Martyred Police Officers

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jul, 2025) District Police Officer (DPO) Gujrat,Mehr Muhammad Riaz on Saturday visited the families of Shaheed Sub-Inspector (SI) Muhammad Arshad and Shaheed Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Muhammad Riaz to express solidarity and offer condolences.
The DPO met the bereaved families and presented gifts in recognition of the officers’ sacrifice in the line of duty.
DPO Mehr Muhammad Riaz said that personnel who embraced martyrdom while performing their duties were the true heroes of the nation. He said their services would always be remembered and the department stands with their families in all circumstances.
He said that protecting the lives and property of citizens was the foremost responsibility of the police,for which many officers have laid down their lives.
We were proud to be entrusted with this duty by Allah Almighty and the nation, and we were committed to fulfilling it with dedication.
