Alhamra Screens Film 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jul, 2025) The Lahore Arts Council’s Alhamra Film Club screened the internationally acclaimed movie 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' as part of its ongoing film series.

Chairman Alhamra Razi Ahmed, Executive Director Tauqeer Haider Kazmi, and board Member Sofia Baidar attended the special screening and appreciated the film’s artistic value.

Directed by Ang Lee, the film combines martial arts with deep themes of love, sacrifice, and inner strength. It features top actors like Chow Yun-fat, Michelle Yeoh, Zhang Ziyi, and Chang Chen.

Chairman Alhamra said "the film reminds us that real strength often remains unseen". Executive Director added that Alhamra is committed to presenting meaningful films that encourage learning and cultural exchange.

The audience praised the movie and thanked Alhamra for promoting quality cinema through such screenings.
