SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jul, 2025) The mystery of the blind murder of two young children in the Bheko Chor area of Saddar police station has been solved as the murder turned out to be a consequence of their mother's illicit relationship.
According to a police spokesperson, under the leadership of DPO Sialkot Faisal Shahzad, the Sialkot police have solved the tragic incident of the blind murder of two young children in the Bheko Chhor area of Saddar police station in a very professional manner in a short time.
Yesterday, two children, 6-year-old Umm-e-Kalsoom and 3-year-old-Waris, children of Kashif, a resident of Bheko Chhor, who worked at the Dera of Numbardar Yaqoob, went missing. The next day, the bodies of both children were recovered from a nearby cemetery, who had been brutally murdered. This brutal incident caused a wave of intense grief and anger in the area.
DPO Faisal Shahzad took immediate notice of the incident and reached the spot to assess the situation and formed a special team headed by SP Investigation Usman Munir Saifi.
The police team traced and arrested the accused in a short period of 12 hours due to tireless work, professional skills and the moment-to-moment supervision and guidance of the DPO. The arrested accused has been identified as Malik Farooq, who is the son of Numbardar Yaqoob, at whose dera the father of the deceased children worked.
According to the initial investigation, the accused Farooq had an illicit relationship with the mother of the deceased children, who was seen in an objectionable position by Umm-e-Kalsoom. Fearing that the secret would be revealed, accused Farooq conspired with the children’s mother to kill her. Since the 3-year-old boy was with Umm-e-Kalsoom, he mercilessly killed both the children by hitting them in the head with bricks.
DPO Faisal Shahzad has said that such brutal criminals do not deserve any concession.
