Commissioner Sukkur Issues Directives To Prioritize Public Services

SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jul, 2025) Commissioner Sukkur Division, Abid Saleem Qureshi on Monday has directed Deputy Commissioners in the division to prioritize public services and welfare initiatives.

In a meeting held at his office, He emphasized the need to organize open courts regularly in remote and backward areas to resolve public grievances. He also directed the Deputy Commissioners to organize at least one free medical camp for mothers and children every month.

The Commissioner highlighted the importance of clearing waterways, eliminating encroachments, and promoting monsoon plantation.

He stressed the need to start August 14 celebrations from August 1, including special events to honor the families of martyrs.

He also emphasized the importance of timely completion of development works without compromising on quality.

The Commissioner directed the Deputy Commissioners to take preventive measures to prevent the possible spread of the dengue virus and share a plan with him in this regard.

By focusing on these key areas, the Commissioner aims to improve public services and welfare initiatives in the division, ultimately enhancing the lives of the local population.
