DC Sukkur Distributes House Ownership Documents To Flood-affected Families

SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jul, 2025) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sukkur, Dr. MB. Raja Dharejo, accompanied by Pakistan Peoples Party leader Syed Zarick Shah on Monday visited village Shah Dino Bhanbharo in Saleh Pat Tehsil.

During the visit, they jointly distributed ownership documents of 22 constructed houses to the women beneficiaries.

Raja Dharejo and Syed Zarick Shah stated that during the floods, 16,500 houses were affected in Saleh Put Taluka of District Sukkur. Under the Sindh Peoples Housing Scheme, 1,100 houses have been constructed so far, and documents of the completed houses are being provided to the owners in phases.

They added that within the next one to two weeks, further completed houses' documents will be handed over to the owners in each village. Additional Deputy Commissioner-II Bushra Mansoor, Assistant Commissioner Saleh Pat, and other relevant officials were also present on the occasion.
